The iShares MSCI EAFE Value ETF (EFV) is an exchange-traded fund designed to track the performance of developed-market companies outside the United States and Canada with value-oriented characteristics. The ETF is managed by BlackRock through its iShares division and trades under the ticker EFV on the Cboe BZX Exchange.
Classified as an international developed markets ex-U.S. equity ETF with a value focus, the fund seeks to reflect, before fees and expenses, the performance of the MSCI EAFE Value Index.

The fund charges a management fee as outlined in its prospectus and does not apply a performance fee. EFV may distribute income derived from dividends paid by companies held in the portfolio.
